Shame, I just asked CRC for a friend who has ICT only, if they'd give him a complimentary map update. He's not had any since buying his car and is about 8/9 months away from the end of his PCP. Unfortunately they're not up for it. Anyone managed to get an update for their SD card ok ?

Yep ICT you have to pay for the updates ( appart from a short while last year when they were free) .
Easy to update online though.

I went through the simple procedure of attempting an online update for ICT, two updates available. Free language update :!: (which I did) but purchase option only for the map update, I gave it a miss at that point.

As far as I'm concerned, there is only one phrase that you need to know in Cornwall......especially in any of St. Austell Brewey pubs. "Proper Job"

Perhaps JLR could incorporate this into voice recognition so that you could directly navigate to somewhere that has it on draught.......just a thought, elaborate or otherwise.....

Yes that is the latest update, I tried it yesterday, got through to the part where they asked you to pay for it and gave up, not free like last time it seems

But for sure, i will not pay 112 for that. Better used for an Pro Version of an Smartphone Navi.

Yes agreed why pay for something so out of date, and Waze is better anyway

Like, yours, my maps tend to update inside of 15 minutes. Three times I have now planned a cross-County journey to allow the time that they suggest that they require, and three times it has completed successfully before I have even left Warwickshire!

I wouldn't rush the latest update 157 crashed a few systems and wouldn't install , so it has been withdrawn from the jaguar here site. So I'd guess it may not be in the Landrover site either ( same system; .

Cars say update available , but web site now shows nothing available now , it's caught a few folks out last week.
