Yes i can see that for the 2018 model, but i have the 2016 same engine, but then only 22241-1 so this is a bit confusing

Yep as stated above the -1,-2,-3 etc after the 22241 is just how the iso standard defines how it is defined by quality , how it should be stored , how it should be tested.

The stuff 22241 is the same stuff :lol:
