pcheaven - did you get this issue resolved? My DS also points way too high and there's no obvious way to adjust it down.
Its in the dealers as we speak, and has been for 3 days. This is one of a few issues.

Any update on the headlamp adjustment as mine seem to be a bit high too?

Just reading this thread from the beginning, (it began over 2 years ago! ). Has no one noticed that at the time of some of the comments, Philn has a Merc GLC43, Chippy a M.B. GLC250d and PC a Velar, so whilst the comments were "interesting" not strictly helpful.
So just thought that I would mention that I once had a " Mercedes 500 SEL " whose lights were pneumatically controlled (vacumn) and self adjusted on start up, and whilst driving, and that was a car made in 1988. Not come far in 31 years have we.!

Did any of you get a resolution to this? I've just taken delivery of a 2015 DS and the headlights are too high. They can't be manually adjusted which seems bonkers to me
In the workshop manual for Exterior Lighting it shows Allen key adjusters for Horizontal and Vertical alignment, though I assume this may only be for the halogen equipped cars.

Just to clarify, as I've done the height and aim adjustments myself - Xenon headlights are adjustable via Allen key adjusters, as previously mentioned in this thread. There are two bolts - a deeper green hex bolt for height, and a white bolt for horizontal aim. Headlamps have to be aimed horizontally, so that the bend in the beam starts directly in front of the lens (not in NA, they have a flat beam), and the height should be set to 1.2% dip, meaning 12 cm lower at a 10 m distance. Easily measured in front of a white wall on a flat surface or at any MOT station, using a Fresnel lens device.

While we're at it, the fog lights are height-adjustable as well, there is a cross head nut behind a removable black trim piece above the light itself. This should be set at 2% so as not to blind oncoming traffic.

Easy peasy! Remember to set your lights as high as possible without blinding others, as all lights are worthless pointing to the ground...

Thank you for sharing this information. I was able to raise the beam of my xenon lights after quite a long time. It really works :)🙏
