Free at last

With the end of the warranty period looming on the horizon and over 2 years of (very) frequent visits to my local dealer, I’ve had to throw in the towel and I take delivery of a Q5 on Monday.
It’s a real shame, but looks were certainly deceiving in my particular case and I now regret breaking with tradition by leaving the Germans and taking a chance with LR.
My DS has been plagued with niggling issues from new and although they are very nice people, I would prefer not know all of the Service team on first name terms.
Earliest they could offer for the latest appointment to repair service indicator and seat mechanism was 3 weeks....says it all.

Your certainly not on your own with issues that’s for sure, quite a few other folk have “ chucked the towel in “ too .
Hope your Q5 works out .
