USB in Glovebox

Post by kg283 » Tue Jun 12, 2018 9:20 am

Hi

Can anybody confirm whether or not the USB point in the glovebox is permanently live or whether it is on the Accessory circuit like the accessory sockets which go off after a couple of minutes of the car being locked.

Thanks in advance

Kevin

Hi - to test/prove the situation you could plug a USB device in (charge a phone or a USB light would work great) and place it so that you can see the display through the window in the case of a phone. Then look to see if charging has stopped after a few minutes etc. :)
