Replacing Halogen housing with Xenon housing

Post by huythanhv2 » Wed May 16, 2018 11:01 am

Hi guys,

I have a SE model with Halogen headlight housing.

Looking online, I can see there are a few Xenon housing - I'm just wondering whether I can buy them and replace the whole housing.

I know there are some coding required, but just wondering if anyone has tried this before? E.g. would the Xenon housing will just fit in the Halogen housing spot.

Several other threadson this already if you do a search.

You need to factor in headlight washers , different water bottle , head lamp auto levelling system is different.
So far I don’t think anyone has gone down this route on here .

Nope, there have been no reports of people actually doing the modifications necessary.

Oh, and the search function on this forum is exceptional ;)
