The dealer will be re-charging JLR. As its a known issue they just concede

Dealers can continue cross-charging JLR for interim oil services up to the end of the initial warranty, or 55,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
Product liability and other provisions stood at £2.2 billion on 30th September 2019. It's a drain on resources (money that otherwise could be counted as profit) but it's a necessary one until product quality improves across the board. This is the accounting pot that pays for all those oil changes, balance shafts, steering racks, brake discs, EGR coolers, etc. See Note 15 to the most recent accounts.
