Front bumper trim panel removal - help !

Hi - new to the site and hoping for some info on how to remove the front bumper trim panel being pointed at

I have removed the panel exposing the towing eye but want to remove the grey trim above this to get it painted, can anyone help please ?

Did you succeed in removing that part as well? I have it in black and would like to get the grey, but could be afraid I would have to change the whole front bumper.

Hi, did you ever find out how to remove the trim you are pointing at?

Also, can you let me know how to remove the centre flat piece of trim?

Not sure if it’s true, However I had this part damaged in my DS and I was told to replace that part was a bumper off job as it’s all assembled from behind.

I could be wrong as I’m not a mechanic but this is what I was told.
MY19 Discovery Sport Landmark Edition, Corris Grey, Connect Pack, Service Pack, 2.0(180) Auto.

You're correct Bisset, it's all held together by plastic clips on the inside of the bumper. I decided to paint the same piece of trim and it's a bumper-off ordeal.

I would only mess with the clips if you're confident you wouldn't break them as well. There's a lot of them.
