In which case then it must have been N347 rather than N377 that I had performed under a FRET session last week......my apologies for getting the numbers muddled up.

Hi all,

Does anyone know if or when the N377 update is available for SSD on MY17. I know it was due to come out mid October but wanted to check before calling the dealer.

Thanks in advance.

N377v2 was released on 15th October advising SDD vehicles can now be updated

Thanks everyone for all your replies. Car went in today and has been fully updated, SOTA available and also Android Auto. Dealer said Auto would be chargeable but its available.

Thanks

Once successfully installed, it will look a bit like this. Not a huge amount of difference at the front-end, the more observant will note that the Ambient Lighting soft key has changed, but in the main, this version should be (finally) stable as per the release notes.
Out of the blue I have received a OTA update notification, I successfully managed to update to 19B but I do not have ambient lighting. Is it specification dependent? I have a MY17 HSE with ICTP

ICTP would have been added as an option at build, either by specifying the Entertainment Pack, or (in 17MY case), as a stand-alone screen upgrade retaining the 380w Meridian system. The easiest way to confirm is to look at the door tweeters - if it says Meridian Surround on the door speaker, then it's the Entertainment Pack fitted (825w), if it just says Meridian then it's just the screen upgrade, sadly.

As I recall, only the HSE Luxury got the ambient lighting installed at the factory for 17MY.

I don't think this warrants a new thread but happy to be told otherwise.
I've got a MY17 HSE Lux with ICTP and the HDMI port in the arm rest.
The software version (I think) is 20.13-1134.
TOPIx does not say that there is an outstanding service action (N347) and two local dealerships have also said that there is no update yet (technical problems) and JLR have said that there are no outstanding updates, presumably because they've typed my VIN into TOPIx and seen that it's not there.
Is this "computer said no"? Or is there really nothing that can be done?
