Some times JLR do the right thing

3 months out of warranty and I get an issue with the nox sensor possible 300£ plus Bill after a discussion with Marshall’s in Peterborough JLR said they will waive the cost

Sometimes they do the right thing and well done Marshalls ;)

Hi, sometimes one of the dealers shines. When I bought my SE Tech it was just over 1 year old, but the dealer gave me the extra 2 years warranty as of date I purchased it, which was 15 months behind first registration. Smiley Face!

Now: Disco Sport SE Tech. Auto :D :D

Well done to Marshalls - and to every other dealer who has been mentioned as going the extra mile. :D

The "horse's mouth" regarding the impact of good and bad customer experiences is CX Solutions. formerly known as TARP Worldwide. Somebody who cares enough about JLR probably ought to send a copy of the attached document to Oberbefehlshaber Speth with a big red arrow pointing to the graph on page 3.
