Hi Colin when did you place your order order?
I did mine on the 19/04 and been told no change the delivery slot is end of July/August.
Slightly gutted as I was hoping to get a call as wouldn’t mind having the clear view mirror, sunroof and free paint colours
Definitely getting more spec in the new Urban model!

I placed my original order on 8 May, and the new order on 13 May.
My dealer advised my order went in just before they switched to MY22, so mine will probably be one of the last MY21 on the production line gutted 😭
Chris, when did you place the order

Sorry for the delay in responding. Configurator quite clearly says toughened glass, not laminated. Toughened glass still shatters easily, just does so in cubes rather than lethal shrads.
The text imprinted on my panoramic roof states:

FUYAO
LAMINATED
CCC E000001
V-XI
DOT459 M4248 AS3
E4
43R - 000406
OCP No 0009
15**

This means it is a laminated-glass pane with less than 70% light transmittance.

You’ll see this if you sit on the second row seats and look up at the centre rear of the pan roof.

I placed an order for a P300e HSE on April 10th. Delivery was estimated for October 2021.
The dealer called me the day before yesterday and told me the HSE was cancelled due to unavailability.
The replaced the order with a HSE R-dynamic with the same options at no extra cost.

I wonder if the MY change is the cause, or if it would be related to the pandemic.

I'm a happy man, I liked the R-dynamic version, but didn't feel like paying 2500€ extra for it.
Now I have it for free! :)
On order: Portofine Blue DS P300e HSE
DS HSE 150 Auto, Corris Grey

Just deleted clear sight interior mirror in my on order replacement car I wear contacts/glasses and the image isn’t clear. I’ve opted for the WiFi hot spot instead
Not sure about this. I wear contacts / glasses. We leave clear sight on permanently. The field of vision is much wider and clearer. We think it is great.

And we find the wifi hotspot to be useless. We used it very rarely to begin with but now not at all (but perhaps that is because the car's O2 signal is not great in our area compared to our phones)
MY21 D200 R-Dynamic HSE, Carpathian Grey with contrast roof, Matrix LEDs, Dynamic Handling Pack, Family Pack, heated steering wheel, wifi and wireless charging

I suspect that's a MY change as they'll be well into MY22 production by October. Although they've moved your options over, check nothings been removed from the MY22 spec that you were expecting / wanted as others have found.
MY19 P240 HSE, Indus Silver, Black Pack, Privacy Glass, 12 Way Memory Seats, Roof Rails, Spacesaver, Cold Climate Pack, 2 x USB in 1st & 2nd rows.

A slightly ambiguous update from my dealer today regarding my HSE P300e ordered 26th April (delivery date 27th Aug):

- Factory is still closed
- My order is unslotted (no build date yet)
- Factory will be slotting existing MY21 orders as MY21 builds *where possible*
- No more updates until factory builds resume
_ They'll be back in touch with me and lease company if the MY21 configuration is not possible.

Anyone know if ISL (intelligent speed limiters) will be active on MY 2022 cars before January 1st next year & or will they be compulsory switched on for MY22 cars registered this year when 2022 arrives???? (obviously they are built in to the 22MY DS software I presume)

For anyone unaware what’s coming our way regarding ISL

It’s already fitted to MY21 (standard on anything above the base) and JLR call it Adaptive Speed Limiter. At the moment ISA is allowed to have an on/off switch. As we are pre May 2022 the default is off. Post May 2022 any new car bought will have this on by default (but you can turn it off or over ride it).

There is no requirement to make this retrospective so I would assume JLR will just build new cars from May 2022 with Adaptive Speed Limiter as standard kit for all cars and make it default on.

I personally welcome this driver assistance and remember that you can over ride it by putting your foot down on the accelerator.
