it's just a shame I can't rely on Land Rover to provide the solutions for their used premium cars
You’ll find that dedicated Land Rover owners (particularly Defender owners) like that they can do their own modifications. Take a look at companies like:

Enjoy!!
Thank you for the link

The old Defender is my favourite of all land rovers, I'm too tall otherwise I would have one they are a modders dream it's like getting a blank canvas and then getting it just the way you want it 🙂

Lovely vehicle, that new Defender. Shame about the prices.

Don’t forget that if you bought a brand new Defender 110 back in 2016 it would have cost £33,405 for the base. Adjusted for inflation, that is £37,226. So an additional £9000 for the new Defender with everything it has is not actually that unreasonable.

No, I suppose when you put it like that. The one that I had last week whilst my Disco was in for an oil service was retailing at £53k, which is mad money though! You are into Lexus territory at that figure…

I'm warming to the new design. I felt it looked like a giant mini at first but saw one on showroom fully loaded and it was the business. Part of me thinks its a good thing but part of me thinks you can't beat the original.

I'm not sure how the new one is for tall people as it was a big factor in choosing the DS but my suspicion is if I could afford one I'd probably get one 🙂
