Hi all, just a couple of pics taken while away at Marion Bay, South Australia. Did about 1500klm in 4 days exploring this great part of the world!

does number plate stand for 'dept of hearses'?

Hi Chicken George,
we're lucky, in some states of Australia to have "custom plates".. these are transferable across vehicles the only odwnside is that they attract an annual fee to the motor registery over and above normal annual registration charges.

Basicaly, you can have any combination of letters and numbers (7 all up) as long as it's not "in bad taste". Many people here have custom plates along with a choice of 6 or 7 other formats and colour combinations. Have a look at: "http://ezyplates.sa.gov.au/"

Evoque TD4. Increasing problems.

Indeed - no B pillar = B pillar ticking impossible :D

Hi David great pictures, I did a tour of Australia a couple of years ago and absolutely loved the country. My brother and his family live and work in Perth.

Perhaps we need to get Rob to change the home page picture on the forum to your avatar :lol: :lol:

It looks as though Amelia's last response to me means it is not fixed yet in production, an utterly disgraceful reflection on JLR.
