window wipers

has any one else with disco sport noticed if their wipers are on the wrong way....unbelievable i know :lol:
ours has paint issues ...wrong way wipers.(which has damaged the windscreen seal)...tinny sounding roof...

My rear wiper had lost its park position but i have not noticed if that or the fronts are on wrong - how can you tell?
