I need one, I got a Freelander space saver which is actually a proper tyre, however when I tried it, I noticed the offset is 10mm different, which leave the tyre a bit close to the suspension leg.

do you need them for your OEM wheels or aftermarket wheels? I've been looking at photos of LR, RR with aftermarket wheels pushed out on spacers, they look so much better. but I've also read it puts more pressure on the suspension system because the wheels are no longer mounted directly onto the hub. Have you ever used them on your previous truck?

Yes it will put more pressure on the wheel bearing and upset the suspension geometry.
