Water under passenger carpet

Fitted new illuminated sill covers yesterday, and discovered the floor on the passenger side was wet. Seems to be a recent problem water was clean and no smell.
Checked and I could not see an obvious source of ingress or signs of headliner damp.
The windscreen top edge rubber strip was lifting slightly where it meets the edge of the roof channel so I have tried to seal it back down.

Jammed it with a plastic peg until silicone sets.

Strange thing which I wonder about last week I looked under the front of the car and there was a wet patch on the undertray from just behind the sump going back to the back edge of the tray where water had obvious run off as the car moved.
I put it down to AC condensate but seems an odd way to extract the water.
Anyone else seen this?

AC condensate on mine (MY19) tends to come out just after the under tray from the RH chassis rail

Will have a look at the weekend when I get underneath to do yet another oil change.

Although its a faff a good way to find water leaks is by getting in there with the trims off and carpets pulled back and have a torch to hand. Get a helper with a hose pipe and spray water on the car. Start low down and work your way up the vehicle paying attention to door gaps, windows and seals etc. Try and replicate how rain would hit the car and dont spray too hard. Good luck!
