Squeaky rear seats

Sorry to bring this up again. Squeaky rear seats are a known issue, aren't they? Is there some sort official reference number (TOPIX) I can cite when talking to my dealer? I'm in Germany, and I'm not particularly confident when it comes to my local LR dealer.
