I think if you have a weak heart the DS is not the car for you .... the delay at a round about when setting off from a standing start as cars are coming round towards you can get the heart rate up ... its a will it wont it get going quick enough ... and you can see a look of concern on those coming towards you ... then all of a sudden it takes off really quickly

I thought the DS had Hill start assist my DS does not roll backwards on a hill start

Try sand mode to see what the DS is capable of setting off

Your driving style will adjust to the slight lag ... try being less aggressive with the throttle pedal as you set off
