My dealer had said that there had been a new notice released ? And that vehicles were covered up to 55,000 miles now.

I wonder what happens if you still have the car past 55k?

I read that too, but I suspect it is actually a update PCM module that is being done. Just a bit convoluted on how their tools gets to it I'm guessing.

This has just appeared in topix for my MY17 as well. It definitely want the earlier. Interesting to know what it is.

I suspect the N273 PCM control module update improves this, as after I had that applied to my car I stopped getting Amber warnings, with no change in my driving style.

SO, think I might be hitting this now myself. I have the Service now message on the Remote App at 16874 Miles. And next day car said: Oil Service due in 1750 miles, at 16900 mileage on the car.

Does this class as too early and so a free Oil service for me ?
