So I am parking up yesterday and my passenger gets out as I need to get close up to a wall on the passenger side.

Once out of the car and after he'd closed the door a warning came up on the dash screen that said the remote smart key was out of the car.
It wasn't - it was in my pocket! :shock:

Once i'd finished parking I got out and asked if he had car keys on him?

YES, His Mercedes C220 keyless entry fob.

Interesting huh. Didn't have time to investigate further but will try to recreate next time I give him a lift.

Could be a security issue if mercedes signal is overriding LR one. :?:

Bring back the big off switch and the starting handle, I am beginning to feel more confident in a 60 plus year old series 1 than a 2015 Land Rover.

Hey finally someone else with a Pheonix Orange!!,
Very weird re the key, could have been a coincidence, a coup[le of times mine has briefly shown up a similar message

Oh yes!
Phoenix all the way - every other colour is just a jumper and slippers!

Seriously life is too short to go for aintree green or loire blue....Corris grey is ok but way to popular and frienze red is just for those that aren't brave enough to go ORANGE! Haha.
