I’ve seen a few threads with this but most seem to be fixed with a new remote battery.
I have got a Land Rover Discovery Sport 2017. The main key fob stopped working with any of the functions. I can still gain entry to the vehicle by touching the door handles and the sensor for the tailgate still works. There is no warning on the display of low battery as in the manual. I changed the battery of the remote and still no function on any of the buttons. I tried the spare remote and exactly the same. I changed the battery in the spare (battery from a different batch) and still the remote does not function, but the doors again open when handle is touched. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
