I was intending to put a photo up of my cup holder that i removed ( to glue the rubber bits back in) However theyre on my old phone. If you get stuck i will post them though. Might be useful to see where the tangs that hold them in are located.

HairyWoofer! Sorry for the delay , Thought i had more photos than this and im not sure how useful these will be. Trust me both cup holders are fairly easy to remove. troublesome rubber bungs. I used super glue to hold them in place before hot glueing them all around at the rear. Be careful with the superglue it dries white and will look awful and is tricky to remove. Good luck and hope this helps.

You normally get an indication from feel as to where the ‘tangs’ are - but I always seems I mess at least one up whatever I do (ower ruff 😖).
Thanks - I’ll get some replacement rubbers from eBay and get cracking!

The glue used to stick the rubbers in position failed on mine but the rubbers themselves were intact and in a fine condition and reusable. Hopefully yours are the same. Im not sure the rubbers are available separately. On the first photo i posted you can see where the rubber has come away from the plastic, and is "floating"
