Hi all,

As I am sure others have, my iPhone contains all my work contacts (linked to my Outlook contacts) as well as personal ones which at the last count saw about 2000 contacts, and obviously most have multiple numbers (home, work, mobile, etc)

I have noticed that some of these contacts are not being "recognised" by my DS, and I suspect this may be a memory issue. Has anyone else noticed similar issues, or perhaps there is a setting that has not been correctly configured.

I have tried refreshing the contacts which appears to do something on the touchscreen, but then when it appears to complete, there is no difference.

Cheers,

Could it be some contacts are stored in the phone memory which syncs with the car and others are saved in iCloud?

When you look at your Bluetooth settings for the Disco on your phone, make sure that All Contacts is ticked. It may be that you have different contact groups and you only have the others ticked.
