I wondered if the dealer have been popping down the pub in my car. Well I know it happened back when I had one of the few 16v Astra GTEs i the country, but that was a top of range sporty car and the DS is, bless it, not exactly the poshest car on the lot at the dealer. Still, I suddenly remembered I could check.

InControl says the last trip it made was from home to the dealer last Tuesday. Now I know they've moved it at least once under its own power, so, why no new trips? (a) short trips don't count (b) dealers have a way of starting the car which doesn't register with InControl?

(b) will be demonstrated if the mileage doesn't add up, I guess.
If (a) then - how short?

I was able to see if they took my one out for a test drive, handy feature. I suppose driving around a dealership won't be enough to record a journey.
