Hi all, do all DS's have the option to subscribe to the Incontrol Secure Tracker?

Bought the car in September and it has the basic remote subscription till 10/11/23. Clicked on renew and my only option is 1 or 2 years of remote. No Secure tracker.

Car is a 2018 DS HSE with the 10inch ICTP screen (no buttons) if it makes a difference.

Asking becuse insurance policy says if there is a tracker installed it must be activated!

Hi. I had the same problem when I bought my 2019 Landmark this year. I couldn't renew the incontrol subscription to include the remote secure (tracker) option. It turns out if the original owner doesn't option it when the car is built, the module can't be updated later to accept it. I checked the functionality of the system on my DS with the JLR customer team and they confirmed which subscriptions the car could have....in my case not the remote secure due to the module fitted. Maybe give them a call to check? Sounds like you might not be able to have the remote secure option though unfortunately. ☹
