I think the dealer you bought it from needs to do that

I didn’t buy it from a Land Rover dealer. The website says to contact CRC

Simply email Landrover CRC with vehicle details, they will probably need vin and as your vehicle is over 3 years old there will be a charge to extend Incontrol for a further 12 months or 2 years.

Hi I’ve just done this myself ring jlr on this number
0345 303 2303 speak to them they will give you an email address, you will need to email them the first and second page of your log book and they will reset it for you 👍🏻
