Not sure what's wrong Beast but I find the air con VERY effective, I have it set on auto and you can feel the air flow through the vents, maybe not connected up correctly.

I'm sure somebody else had the same issue Beast, may be worth trawling through the forum to find the post, if my memory serves me correctly they also said what the dealer found to be wrong.
