Collected my DS HSE yesterday after a week-long BARF delay, and am absolutely delighted with it. On collection, my dealer offered me Williams F1-branded Autoprotect Ceramic Coat (http://www.autoprotect.co.uk/ceramic-coat) for £400. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it worth the investment?

For approx £400 (depending where you live) you could take your DS to a specialist detailer who will correct any of the paint defects (swirls etc) that happened at the factory or in the dealership when it was being "prepared" for you. That will include the application of a glass coat (ceramic) and probably protection for your interior too. I'd suggest that was better value than just £400 for the ceramic coat. There is another thread on here with some DS images showing how bad dealer prepared cars are normally and the correction work that can be done.

Pointless applying a coating like this to crap paint. See my post in other thread about the state of the paint from factory. You need to get the paint corrected first. £400 is expensive for just the coating!
