I have just got back from a day trip to visit an unwell relative of in Wales! We took the night boat from Holland to Harwich, drove down on Sat am, visited and drove back for the boat last night (505 miles round trip). Now back home. For the UK stretch we did 54.3mpg with the speed limiter on 73mph ...

Great write up ! Lovely looking car too. Mercedes do know how to screw things together properly, they always seem to have that little bit of an edge at making you feel special inside one. For that to happen, you need ICTP. Only because JLR only enabled this on ICTP. Even an old aftermarket Alpine stereo I had installed in my Discovery 1 (circa. 1996) was capable of changing the time automatically based on the RDS time signal. Sure, it's only a small thing, but if they fixed the smal...
