Hi - I just noticed that the Twitter account (link in footer etc.) has been suspended?

Re: In Control - Renewal / Premiums

Interesting to note that www.landroverincontrolshop.com is not a valid domain name..... When I recently renewed my InControl I gave them some feedback - but couldn't find anyone that was interested! :( I pointed out the the email they use (lradvice@landroverincontrolshop.com) fails if people reply ...

Re: Park Brake Requires Calibration

The owners manual* says: If the battery has been discharged or disconnected, Apply Foot And Park Brake will be displayed in the Message center when the ignition is next switched on. Press the brake pedal and pull the EPB switch up to apply the EPB. This is required to reset the EPB system. The EPB w...

Just chanced upon this advertisement for a used Evoque "DPF"
You might need to clear your cookies from when you were a LR owner so these things don't 'pop up' ;)

Re: Thoughts on Merc E220d Cabriolet

Just thought I would let you know that after 800 miles it has just done its first DPF regen (proper stinky and dare I say it proper hot!). Reminiscent of the DPF regen on my 2.2d RRE when you could feel the heat oozing out under the car. Meanwhile since Monday (less yesterday as my wife had it) my ...

Thanks HmmmUK I saw it. I’ll let you all know what happens but I’m not expecting big problems because I have an excellent dealer.
Hi Chippy, How did it go?
Still seems OTT for a mirror!

OT - Have you given up on the RRE forum as you've not been around for a while?

Re: Warranty soon to end

I totally agree get rid. My DS has been the worst car I have owned, my own fault for being taken in by all the marketing hype. I don’t understand why people keep loyal to the brand. What surprised me was what I got for the car after three years I got back 65% of my purchase price . Any way waiting ...

Re: Front pads cost

I’d find a good independant and steer clear of the dealerships for that. As long as the independant is authorised your warranty will be safe . As long as any garage in fact uses genuine parts your warranty is intact. Is there such a thing as an "authorised independent" garage? I've tried searching ...
