Doh! History is available on the website. I wasn't selecting an earlier date as it now defaults to one month.
LOL - I did wonder if that was the case but didn't want to point it out ;)

Last thing I wanted to say was 'you are using the website correctly aren't you?'

Re: InControl journeys wiped prior to Dec 14th

LR have confirmed:

Last 30 days are stored in the Remote app. Anything prior to this is stored in the InControl Portal.

Re: InControl journeys wiped prior to Dec 14th

I think you’re right. Same result here. All listed on the website and only the last month in the app. It used to show more but never all journeys.

I’ve asked LR on Twitter. See what they say.

Re: InControl journeys wiped prior to Dec 14th

Oh well, was worth a try. It maybe an issue with the car or their web services. I'd call LRCS and or get your dealer to check the telematics system.

Re: Phase 4 ICTP (188) ONLY For 17c / 3.5 see other threads.

Does the inbuilt Bluetooth car phone connection kit use the antenna on top of the car perhaps ? Then if connected via AA or ACP it uses the phones antenna ? Anyone know ? Also, are you placing the phone somewhere else depending on how its connected to the car ? Personally I've not noticed any differ...

Re: Phase 4 ICTP - Android Auto, larger display

I did that after you said on the other thread. Still not ideal, it should fill the screen and the graphics aren't great. The graphics are completely down to Android not LR or InControl. Apple CarPlay looks much better in comparison - mimics the iPhone springboard very well. I guess Apple spent more...

Re: InControl journeys wiped prior to Dec 14th

Try re-syncing the car to the InControl website. Reset Remote app Journeys 1. Log out of and close down (force quit) the app completely on your phone. 2. Take the vehicle for a minimum of a 1 mile drive. 3. Press and hold the left hand "B-Call" button in the overhead console for 15 seconds and light...

Re: Retrofit ICTP (InControl Touch Pro)

You will need access to the dealers Pathfinder / SDD (can’t remember which for the DS) to enable all the hardware even if you did manage to source it and fit it. Even a replacement USB/SIM panel needs enabling to tell the car it’s been fitted. And that’s under a warranty replacement. That system cos...

Re: Why buy from a main dealer?

Depends greatly on how good your dealer is. I’ve been using mine for nearly 20 years and had 7 LR’s from them. Never had anything but brilliant service. They even fully assisted my DS (1st one) rejection.

Get a good price in service and parts.

Can’t fault them.
