Re: DPF Fault !!!!!

I didn't buy the car new or from JLR so its somewhat harder for me to argue that with them. I bought it 11 months old from an independent dealer (they didn't ask me about driving style but to be fair they probably had no idea). I did say to the JLR dealer that I don't accept my driving style is to ...

It’s been in the garage about once a month since buying with dpf issues and other related sensor issues. The dpf finally gave up last month and w...

Re: What did you do in your DS today

Out in the DS (trying to buy a new tent but failed), with another DS right up my chuff weaving and bobbing looking for a way past, think it must have been a D150/D180. Came to a stretch of dual carriageway and floored my P240 in Sport mode and all I could see was the raised front of his car disappe...

Re: DPF Oil Dilution Investigations

I know its an old(ish) thread but I've had an experience today with Landrover due to an early service required, basically it has come up early (8000) from its 63000 service. It had a oil dilution service prior to its 43000m service, which was carried out under warranty. Here is what's annoyed me, o...

A piece of foam tape that compresses the wraparound part against the body B pillar when the door is shut can fix it. In some cases yes that can work,...

Re: Hello!

Two years warranty will cover the defect , but having been down this road with the unreliable invasive fix, I’d reject it for another DS you can.
It can drive you insane.
