Aussies are not the best for their consumer laws as they are in their early years. However once they get stuck in they normally go the full hog through to completion.

Good one to watch for an outcome!

Re: Kia Sportage 69 plate - PPF failure

If you don’t go at 40 or run a car for over 30 mins in a month I’d question why you have a car at all. The PPf or GPF burns off very quickly at even 30 mph, it’s a rare fault to get that. I mostly only travel locally these days - so most of my journeys are under 30 mins! If they are longer it's oft...

The recommendation is to return the deposit we paid on the car, refund any payments we have made while the car has been sat in the dealership ( August 2...

Re: Well, its goodbye from me.

That makes it sound painless ;) From what I've read many owners have to fight for the right outcome! Turning down ini...

Oh I’d also check your engine earth strap connections, I’ve seen them throw all sorts of errors by giving an intermittent supply if lose, worn through perhaps due to vibration etc.

"Gracenote MusicID is the standard for music recognition in the car" they go on to say 20% of new cars sold use it. Seems to me that my kids phones which use things like 'soundhound' do a far better job! I decided the Gracenote stuff is part of the entertainment.... ....Rock Candy Funk Party showin...

Re: Series of failure messages on dashboard

If not battery then connectors or units.
See here https://www.obd-codes.com/u0001

Could be something as simple as a plug and socket connector or water in a connector.

I’d be looking to see if you can get Landrover support.
