Re: 2 months on, my thoughts

The reason I hopped over to the FPace with the ZF8 .
The ZF9 isn’t the best even in the petrol , I drove both side by side.
It’s not as bad as the diesel delay , but still noticeable.

Re: Engine replacing Balance Shaft

Turns out the engine is actually silent, seriously mines always had the supercharger type whine since I picked it up late November. Re: Rav4

If it was a JLR ( like their crankshaft old issue) they’d have sat on it till it’s out of warranty then made you fight for a repair.
Bit like steering bolts too.

In other words, the petrol services are the same as the (actual) diesel services. Once a year.
Yep but with the petrol service plan you get 5 paid for 👍

Re: Buying a discovery sport...advise needed.

Take a drive in the petrol it’s a great engine .!

Better still if you don’t need 7 seats take an FPace out for a spin too , better mpg by miles I’m averaging 34mog with a heavy right foot.

Test drives are the way to go.

Re: Aussie Class Action - DPF Problems

Aussies are not the best for their consumer laws as they are in their early years. However once they get stuck in they normally go the full hog through to completion.

Good one to watch for an outcome!
