Re: DPF Fault !!!!!

Faulty SCRF. SSM73697 Tell them to read it and address it accordingly, as you believe that your vehicle is affected. Would you mind briefly explaining that so I know roughly what I’m talking about? Cheers There was a batch of faulty DPF. They are marked with FB This can only be seen by removing the...

Re: New Evoque

DPF fixed or not fixed.
Service interval fixed or not fixed.

These are the two items that won’t be mentioned in the sales pitch or launch video , but the two most important items for owners.

Re: DPF Fault !!!!!

Hi All I have a discovery sport with the ingenium engine 2017 make. It's been flashing the Dpf self clean needed message every week. Now I have spoken to a few others who have rarely ever seen the message though they too do short drives mostly like me. I am told it's because of my driving style as ...

Re: DPF Fault !!!!!

I bought a Land Rover Discovery Sport in April ’17. Within weeks I started to have problems and my car has now been into the garage 17 times in 18 months for this DPF fault. Land Rover have offered a free service! What a joke. I am taking legal action and I am registering my concern here to follow ...

Re: Rejection finally complete - oil dilution

I am happy to hear of your outcome but what the choices for those of us who took finances the car ourselves? I’ve had my 2016 Manual Land Rover Discovery Sport for 18 months and been to garage 17 times with the engine management light on. So far JLR have offered me a free service! What a joke! If t...

Just gone out to the car to have a play around with Amazon Music.

It is extremely limited using Android Auto with no Alexa support that I can find. Tried various voice commands, wet through options but alas to no avail.
Thanks , no big deal really , just hate to think I’m missing something daft.

Re: 20” ,19” or 18”. Is size important?

There should be no difference in clearance with correct rims and tyres fitted.
The circumference is the same regardless of Rim size. More rim , less tyre .....more tyre less rim.
Otherwise your speedo would be out if wrong sizes fitted.

Re: Exhaust filter full? Visit dealer. No warning

They certainly need to address it as a safety recall/modification......Corporate Manslaughter if proven will see Speth and Co. in jail!! Yep, the guy was doing 80 mph in outside lane of M40 just at Biscter (Oxford) turn off. Three full lanes crossed at 30mph with HGV up his backside lots of car hor...
