PiviPro OTA Software install unsuccessful

I have a 2021 DS P250 and several days ago my second software update was downloaded but I've been unable to install it. I have tried numerous times, following the on-screen instructions, to install manually and also tried to schedule it with no success. The first software update for me installed without any trouble on February 18th.
Has anyone else experienced this, any advice would be appreciated.

Yes I am in same position- been trying for a few days both 'now' and scheduled but cannot do the install.

Anyone have a solution to OTA updates?
Update has been downloaded on my car but installation keeps failing - I have tried via in built Sim, Hotspot + connecting car to home WiFi all without a result.
Any suggestions Please?

I don't have a solution but I had the same problem last week. I tried every way I could think of, scheduled install, immediate install, install when parked in town centre (in case it wanted better 4g reception), install when connected to wifi and install when disconnected from wifi. Nothing worked.

Then, after about eight or nine attempts I came back to the same "failed to install" message but the update was gone. It still says the last update was in February but it now says the software is up to date.

I don't think the update installed as I got the usual fail message but I wonder whether It gives up after a number of tries or whether LR have a way of pulling the update if there are issues with the installation.

I also have the same story of install failures for a week and now it's disappeared. I tried hard reset of Pivi (press power/volume button for 15 seconds) but made no difference.

I'm suffering the lost user profiles too but overall still glad to have Pivi vs the frustrating infotainment in my MY17 DS. Genuinely great effort by JLR, they just need to sort out the glitches (famous last words?!)

Started car today- update waiting to install message gone but nothing to say an update has taken place.
Screen says software is 2.0.8A.P6AX4
is that most unto date?
Thanks

That's the same software revision level that was installed in my car on the 18 February. Since then a new software level was downloaded earlier this month but it refused to install over a period of 10 days. That download has now disappeared, as has been reported by others on this forum, and I'm back now to rev. 20.8A.P6AX4 again!
Has anyone found out yet what is going on?

TOPIx has the following issue listed:

Software Over The Air (SOTA) - NOTICE - Potential concern
We have become aware of an issue affecting some customers not being able to complete software updates.

We have identified the affected vehicles and are resolving the issue remotely.

Once this has been done, the update now/schedule request option will disappear from the software updates menu in the vehicle. then the software update will then be automatically be resent which will then proceed as normal.

That's very interesting, thanks.

Mine has now had the update appear, fail to install (on multiple attempts) and subsequently disappear twice. I've been waiting a couple of days for it to have another go.

Maybe it'll be third time lucky.

Thanks for update Sandbox, at least we know something is being done about it.
Is this 'TOPix' system for dealers only or can customers share in it?

So I emailed LR Support this morning who (promptly) replied to say all is well as I'm on the latest version of Pivi Pro (2.0.8) so move on, nothing to see here.

If anyone is on a higher version do let us know otherwise I'm thinking they're back at the drawing board debugging this download fail ie we all need to sit tight for a while.
